1. MRS JUSTICE DOBBS: This is a renewed application by Mr Salmon for permission to apply for judicial review, permission having been refused on the papers by Mr Justice Pitchford on 7 October 2008. The application is in relation to a decision by Mr Justice Keith on 13 May 2008 where he refused permission to appeal.
